joel UPDATED: It appears now that the 18 year run of Rush Limbaugh on WJET 1400 has ended. P&T commenter Terry was told by a Connoisseur representative that Rush was dropped in favor of Dennis Miller because the show had become “too expensive.” WJET is running the Miller show on “tape delay” as it originates live from 10 AM – 1 PM ET.
Unless Connoisseur plans on turning one of their FM’s to talk, it seems that they just removed their greatest audience and revenue driver off of their schedule. Does WJET go from first to worst on the AM dial?

Older: Tuning in to WJET 1400 for my usual daily dose of Rush around lunchtime and a new show with a host named Dennis is there talking about their new affiliation on WJET. Where’s Rush?
It’s taken me twenty minutes to figure out what the show was, and it is the Dennis Miller show from Westwood One.
Waiting for a official response to e-mails to CM-Erie management…developing.
