joel Amazing races of two different kinds have made tonight an evening of appointment television (or radio if you prefer).
First, at 7:00 PM on WQLN-TV & FM and simulcast on WJET-TV, it will be the final and only live televised debate between the candidates for the Third Congressional District of Pennsylvania: incumbent Phil English and challenger Kathy Dahlkemper. Kim Young of WQLN will moderate this last meeting of the candidates, where Dahlkemper is running the strongest race against the veteran English in over a decade.
