Is Channel 35 using the new news set yet? I only hope that WSEE can do a live newscast at the same time as WICU and that they have new, updated graphics and some new bells and whistles. It would be a shame to move WSEE into WICUs building and not give WSEE an identity of its own (7pm newscast anyone? hint hint) I'm going to believe Scott Bremner when he says "great things are in store" for WSEE - after all he has been saying that since the move in June...so hopefully a live 7pm newscast is coming...or maybe even the ability to have a live 6pm newscast at the same time!? On a related note: If the WSEE move to 3514 was to save money then why is the WSEE building still lit up like a christmas tree at night? The lights are still on in the lobby as well. I thought it was costing Lilly Broadcasting way too much money to remain at 1220 Peach? Why not just turn out the lights and shutter the building? That should save even more money.
