Facebook is the future form and certainly part of the picture here. The kid who started it is 25 years old. Last August, 100 million users; January 150 million; now, 200 million. There is an implication here and Obama gives a lot of credit to Facebook for electing him. I regularly read her in the Village Voice when I lived in Bethlehem, PA. Her writings on student loan scams and the implication of her youthful generation getting stabbed financially by the older generations is a major best seller; "Generation Debt. Anyone with a teen or college stuydent should buy her book and give it to them to read. She is an incisive, in depth, articulate author, and will be around for all of our lives, due to her skills and talents to communicate via written word. Roger,

I gave a speech to a bunch of blood bank CEOs in DC 2 weeks ago & it was so good that I am presenting a longer version in Denver in June. On Facebook we're "blood bank brittany" and we have over 1300 friends. We email each school group through Facebook right before their blood drives. After the drives we put up pictures so the students who gave have a reason to come back to our page. We now get more questions through Facebook than our regular website. The blood supply has been holding near record high levels for 6 weeks now in part due to our success with students. It's a great tool. Thanks for letting me brag about it!
