It will remain that way until June 12th when WICU can go full power with their own signal. Are you still on the ledge? I Have to use a couple of antennas for the 17 digital signals I get near Cochranton. Went off without a hitch, though I had to raise up the rabbit ears about 5 feet in the air and rest on a ledge. I can get WSEE, WFXP, WQLN and the CW. If WICU isn't digital yet, why am I receiving them on 35.3? Got the converter box hooked up in one of my bedrooms. Also, look for coverage during newscasts regarding reaction and types of phone calls the station is receiving from affected viewers over the next couple days.
