Prices are usually a couple of dollars apart and from a content producer who shoots 1080p, it's worth the resolution! BTW...Samsungs can usually be bought for pennies on the dollar and are far and away the best deal in the price and value war! Don't forget to pick up a Canon HV30 Vixia to shoot the kiddies with. Shoots full 1080 resolution, has manual override for everything, and shoot 24p, 30p and 60i. Even you broadcasters can appreciate a palmcam that rivals a $40,000 shoulder cam for under $1000!!
