Joel,
First off, congrats on the blog launch. Two things.
First, the Time-Warner HD launch remains a day to day effort. We begged to be up and running in time to start the NFL season but that deadline passed. We're told that full power pass through on TW could happen today, but we've heard that before.

Secondly, I believe Erie will have a digital switchover test for a short burst on November 17th, meaning that digital will be fed normally but analog will carry color bars with a disclaimer saying something like, "If you are reading this then your system isn't ready for the switchover!" to warn over the air analog users that the end is near.
I believe this is true for stations across PA.

The scan for Cleveland channels only works in the city. The county as usual is left out in the cold with TW's antiquated system.
